Science Creates Outreach secures Boeing charity grant to expand STEM educational offering
Our independent STEM educational charity, Science Creates Outreach, has been announced as one of Boeing's new charitable partners for 2026.
Our independent STEM educational charity, Science Creates Outreach, begins 2026 by becoming one of Boeing's new charitable partners.
Aligning to Boeing's global objectives to grow STEM pathways and strengthen local communities, this significant piece of funding will support the charity's delivery of 100 hands-on STEM workshops during the 2025/26 academic year, aiming to reach 2,000 young people, and 50 different schools and community groups in the region.
With Bristol located in the heart of the South West's aerospace and engineering hub, as part of the partnership, the charity will also work alongside Boeing's local STEM Ambassador network to coordinate events throughout the year — encouraging active engagement between employees and local young people to inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers and technicians.
The grant announcement comes as part of Boeing's annual commitment to UK communities, this year launching a grant package of more than £400,000 across 11 non-profit UK organisations, with Science Creates Outreach selected as one of the two new charities to join the philanthropic portfolio.
Sir Jeremy Quin, President at Boeing UK, said:
"We are delighted to be supporting two new partners: the UK Afghanistan Veterans Community and Science Creates Outreach. These brilliant organisations are part of our continued support of veterans’ mental well-being and STEM leadership. We are proud to assist charities making important contributions across the UK and especially in the communities where our employees live and work.”
Support Science Creates Outreach and help empower future scientists.
